Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of ReviewRelayQR.com and its QR code tools and subscription services (the “Service”). ReviewRelayQR is operated by PGI Enterprises TX LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, or by creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you use it for a business, you confirm you are authorized to act for that business.
1. What the Service does
The free generator creates a static QR code for a destination you provide. A static code contains that destination and cannot be edited after it is printed. Paid tracking, when available, provides hosted redirect links, editable destinations, and reports for the features and limits displayed when you subscribe. A request, scan, or click does not establish that a person left a review, booked, purchased, or became a customer. We do not promise any particular review rating, traffic, or business result.
2. Your content and acceptable use
You are responsible for your destinations, artwork, business information, and where you display your codes. You must have permission to use them and comply with applicable laws and the rules of destination platforms. Do not use the Service for phishing, malware, impersonation, unlawful content, misleading redirects, or requests for dishonest or incentivized reviews that violate platform rules. Do not put patient information, health details, payment-card data, or other sensitive personal information in QR destinations, code labels, or campaign names. We may suspend a destination or account that presents a security, abuse, or legal risk.
3. Accounts and access
Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account details. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you authorize to use it. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may make reasonable changes to features and limits, but will describe material changes to paid service before they apply to a new billing period.
4. Paid subscriptions and tax
If you choose ReviewRelay Tracking, the price displayed before payment is currently $20 per month or $200 per year, plus applicable tax. Your selected subscription renews automatically at the same interval and Stripe charges your saved payment method until you cancel. Any change in price will be disclosed before it takes effect. The checkout page shows the amount due and any calculated tax before you subscribe. Stripe processes payment; we do not receive full card numbers.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel in your account's billing area through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the paid period; it does not erase a charge already due. If you cannot access the portal, contact us before your renewal date. We offer a refund on the initial subscription charge if you request it within 7 days of that charge. Renewals and unused portions of a paid period are not refundable unless required by law or expressly stated at purchase. Refunds go to the original payment method when possible.
6. After a subscription ends
When paid access ends, you can no longer create or edit paid dynamic codes or use current paid analytics. Existing printed dynamic codes are intended to continue redirecting to their last safe published destinations while that redirect service remains available, unless a destination is archived, unsafe, unlawful, or technically unavailable. We do not guarantee that hosted redirects will operate forever. Export data you need before access ends. Details of any limited post-cancellation report access will be shown in your account.
7. Availability and third-party services
We work to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Destinations, review platforms, social networks, payment services, and other third-party sites control their own content and availability. A free static QR code may continue to function independently of our site, but the destination must remain reachable.
8. Changes and ending use
We may update these Terms and will post the new date here. If a change materially affects a paid subscription, we will provide notice before it applies to a new billing period. You can stop using the free Service at any time and cancel a subscription as described above. We may terminate access for material violations, fraud, or security threats, subject to applicable law.

Branded pages and visitor information
Tracking subscriptions include optional branded pages and QR design tools. You are responsible for your destinations, uploaded logos, brand rights, and lawful use of voluntarily shared visitor information. Contact sharing requires the visitor’s permission and must not be required to leave a review. Do not use the form to collect health information or other sensitive personal information. Do not use contact submissions as marketing consent, gate reviews by sentiment, or offer incentives for reviews. Analytics, device classifications, clicks, and visitor-reported review completions are estimates or activity signals, not proof of a published review, unique person, booking, or purchase. No Google review matching or Google account connection is included in the current release. Test customized QR codes at their final printed size before distributing them.
